GOCAR SUBS “NEW2SUBS” PROMOTION
SECTION A. General Terms and Conditions
- The “NEW2SUBS Promotion” (“Campaign”) is organized by TC Euro Cars Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 198401001084), in partnership with GoCar Mobility Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201501016594) (jointly referred to as “GoCar Subs”)
- This Campaign shall be valid from 1 - 31 March 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period).
- GoCar Subs reserves its absolute right to vary (by addition, deletion, modification, amendment, alteration and or otherwise howsoever) (“Amendments”) the Campaign’s terms and conditions (“T&C”) without any prior notification and without assigning any reasons thereof. Notification of such Amendments shall be effected at GoCar Subs’s absolute discretion through any means of communication as GoCar Subs may select and the Amendments shall be effective and deemed binding the notification of the Amendments or from such other date as may be specified by GoCar Subs in the notification.
- By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the T&C stated herein including any Amendments that may be made from time to time.
- These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia. GoCar Subs reserves its rights to take any form of legal action against any participant that abuses the Campaign, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the T&C herein.
SECTION B. GoCar Subs Promotion
This GoCar Subs Promotion is open to all subscribers (including individual and corporate entities) of the selected models available during the Campaign Period, whereby you will be entitled to enjoy certain discount(s), subject to the T&C herein.
The prices and available rebates for the selected models under this Campaign are as follows. Please note however that all prices of the Subscription plans are subject to change without prior notice, and the promotion shall only be valid while stocks last during the Campaign Period:
- All models available through GoCar Subs website with 12 month, 24 month and 36 month plans will be eligible for free 1st month subscription, 50% off second and third subscription fee
- The subscription rate covers the following: road tax, comprehensive insurance and servicing and maintenance, with a free upgrade to 2,500km monthly mileage cap. Customers may opt for unlimited mileage at additional cost
- Swap fee waived for the first year – maximum of 2 swaps per customer of RM250 per swap
- A security deposit is required upon confirmation of the Subscription
- Models are available are listed in the GoCar Subs Garage on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Customers are only eligible to redeem this offer one (1) time during the Campaign period
- The discount will be applied during the payment stage to confirm the Subscription
- Delivery date of the vehicle needs to be within 7 - 10 days from the date of payment
- Customer are still required to undergo a screening process by GoCar Subs to ensure eligibility for the Subscription programme
- Customers who take up the offer are bound to the GoCar Subs programme Terms & Conditions
SECTION C. Other Terms and Conditions
- All and any picture(s) of models shown in advertisements and communication materials for the purposes of this Campaign are purely for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual model.
- The promotion under this Campaign cannot be combined with any other on-going or future promotion(s), discount(s) and offer(s)
- The promotions listed are not transferable or redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind.
- Subscription plan may be subjected to additional costs based on additional selections by customer, including but not limited to:-
- Unlimited mileage
- Singapore access
- Tinting
- Full accident protection
- Subscribers hereby represent to GoCar Subs that all documents and information provided and submitted to GoCar Subs for the purposes of Subscribing are complete, accurate and genuine. Subscribers shall promptly furnish GoCar Subs with further documents and information as and when requested by GoCar Subs.
- In the event the vehicle selected is not available, GoCar Subs shall offer an alternative model at a similar price range for your consideration
- In the event of any disputes, GoCar Subs’ decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, absolute and binding on the Purchasers. No correspondences, enquiries, appeals, challenge, or discussion in respect of any decision(s) or determination(s) made by GoCar Subs shall be entertained.
Any personal data collected from the Purchasers during registration for participation of the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). By participating in this Campaign, the Purchasers hereby consent to GoCar Subs processing his/her personal data according to the PDPA. A copy of the PDPA by the Purchaser is accessible at GoCar Subs’s website “gocarsubs.com” - Any enquiries and complaints related to the Campaign shall be referred to GoCar Subs’s customer service centre via email at subs@gocar.my
- GoCar Subs is entitled to, at any time, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign shall not entitle any Purchasers to any claim or compensation against GoCar Subs for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Purchasers as a direct or indirect result of GoCar Subs’s act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- Failure by GoCar Subs to enforce at any time any of the provision of these T&C shall not be construed as a waiver of any continuing breach of any provision of any other provision of these T&C or as a waiver of any rights under these T&C. In the event any of the provision in these T&C is invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provision(s) shall remain and shall not be affected.
